Aamir Khan PK copy of Kevin Spacey's K-PAX?

It seems like Aamir is on some kind of a mission in this film that is similar to the one Spacey’s character was on in the Hollywood movie," says an industry source.  

Apparently, there is also some mystery around him on the lines of what is shown in K-PAX. In the Hollywood movie, Prot (Spacey) — a patient at a mental hospital — claims to be from another planet. His psychiatrist tries to help him, but later begins to doubt his own explanations.
