The World Key is very suspicious. They use a free email address which is also suspicious.
They charge money as security to the Canadian government and the Canadian government does not request any such security! This company has only been around for 8 months according to their website registration.  You should NEVER be charged in advance for ANY job!  Read: Why Emails Offering You Jobs Are Scams!!

Even more suspiciously, the text of their website is copied this company's website: http://www.uniagents.com/en/consultants/excel-education-and-immigration-services.htm  They just changed the name which is a further indication that they are suspicious!
