Richard Branson caught one of his employee sleeping in office! Can you guess what the boss does next?
Richard Branson, the billionarie owner of Virgin was on tour to his Australian office at the airport, when he gave one of his employee the surprise of a lifetime. But the employee in his sleep didn’t seem to care much. To his luck, he has a boss as cool as Richard. Had it been someone else, the situation might have turned odd for some.
Richard caught one of his employee sleeping on the couch during working hours. To troll him, Richard clicked a picture with him and shared the story on virgin.com in his blog. In his blog Richard shared the hilarious experience of how he tried to wake up this sleeping man, and the man went back to sleeping thinking it was a dream.
The billionaire said in his blog,”I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to. This guy wasn’t up to much at all – I caught him sleeping on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up.” Well according to studies taking a nap during working hours should be put into practice in order to increase the productivity. Many experts also recommend offices to have a sleeping area, where employees can take some private time to gain their much needed efficiency. Richard seems to be understanding of this face and he further added on,”To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest.”
Now that’s like a super cool boss! However, next time you feel like taking a sleep or power nap during office hours make sure your boss ain’t paying a visit to the office, otherwise they might click a picture of you sleeping and leave you to troll and joke with you all.
