Nepal: At Least 65 Killed as 2nd Major Earthquake Strikes Near Mount Everest
Following today’s second #NepalEarthquake, many patients in hospitals and clinics in #Nepal had to leave the building where they were treated. Some said they feel safer outside. In these photos, patients at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, are seen staying outside following the second earthquake.
WHO is getting tents for five hospitals in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Kavre, as requested by the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal. WHO is also sending medicines and medical supplies along with two assessment teams assigned by the Ministry to Ramechhap and Dolakha districts
